Shower of heavenly drops,

The fresh deluge,

Pink and Violet blossom dotted roads,

Soaked and drenched,

Bites of Corn-cob, fresh and  sizzling hot,

Palmeral vendors with the rickety carts,

Gushing wind,

Swaying green boughs,

Quintessential Bangalore,

Monsoon mirth,

I surrender to thee,

Bangalore’s like a blushing bride,

Fresh and smiling,
